NEUROSCIENCE FOR SOMATICS

What does neuroscience have to do with somatics?

If you work somatically, you already engage with the nervous system. You support changes in movement, perception, emotion, and sense of self.

Neuroscience can help clarify many of the processes we work with and provides a framework for bridging conversations between clients, health professionals, educators, and practitioners.

The challenge is access.

Much of contemporary neuroscience is difficult to translate into practice—either buried in academic language or simplified in ways that create confusion.

If this resonates, we’d love to continue the exploration with you inside the full training.
